Sesam 2021

SESAM is about ‘Sense, Science & the Magic of Food’. One day in September, 300 school students occupied the Experimentarium and gave their imaginative and competent proposals for sustainable food and production.

Young people from the primary school went to work scientifically and digitally together with their teachers and professional mentors from the university, the business world and the Experimentarium, when the coexistence between food, agriculture and nature had to be rethought. 

Innovation at Experimentarium

Floor farming, yoghurt tax and the digital gardener are just some of the many topics you could hear about and experience at the Experimentarium on 25 September from 10am-4pm.

This is where SESAM21 culminated, a pan-European project that aims to show how young people in Folkeskolen, through scientific and digital insight, can help solve some of the urgent and complex challenges with sustainability.

Sesam 2020

Fire skoler, over 250 elever og deres lærere, har sammen med fagfolk fra konsulent- og universitetsverdenen har udviklet en ny standard for unges læring om mad, klima, bæredygtighed – og science.
SESAMS mål er at skabe engagement blandt unge for fødevaresystemets omstilling og bidrage til både mad- og sciencedannelse.
